Dragon's Eye Prologue: GermanEs war im Sommer, 1957 die Nacht war ruhig und warm. Die Sturmwolken vom Nachmittag, waren jetzt nur noch ein Paar harmlose, dunkle Flecken am Horizont, aber in der Luft lag noch immer der Duft von frischem Regen. Eine leichte Briese tanzte durch die Blätter der Eichen, der Birken, und der Ahornbäume des Waldes, außerhalb der Stadt. In diesem Wald waren zwei Wanderer unterwegs, sie folgten einem scheinbar unsichtbaren Pfad durch den Wald.     „Komm schon, noch ein Stück weiter,“ rief der Mann, der voraus ging. Dragon's Eye SP: GermanEs war 10.00 Uhr am Abend auf dem Anwesen der Toddsons. Die Grillen ließen fröhlich ihre weiche und vertraute Melodie durch die warme Sommerluft klingen. Gelegentlich wurden die Blätter der Bäume durch eine kühle Briese aufgewühlt. Ein Golden Retriever schnüffelte über die Wiese, auf der Suche nach einem kleinen behaarten Tier, das er ärgern konnte. Im Inneren des weißen verblassten Farmhauses, inmitten dieser Landschaft, schaute Maddy Toddson verschlafen fern.

Dragon's Eye: PrologueIt was the summer of 1957, and the night was calm and warm.  The storm clouds from earlier were now just a few harmless puffs on the horizon, but the air still held a faint scent of sweet rain.  A light breeze danced through the woods just outside of town, rustling the leaves of the oaks and maples and birches.  And within these woods were two travelers, seemingly following some unseen path through the growth.

Oops! Sorry, I meant to get back to you... but I forgot. =( I really do appreciate your wanting to do something to help make this into a movie, but I'm afraid I just don't have the time or money to devote to such a huge project right now. I myself am in college right now to become an animator/movie maker, and I'm really beginning to understand what a huge undertaking it would be.

Thank you very much for the kind offer, but I'm afraid I won't be able to accept it. =(

don't get the wrong idea, i understand, i just graduated from highschool and am about to take two years in the bridges program. what i'm really trying to say is it's not going to be a movie right away, i just think you have a captivating idea and i'd just like to say that after i make my first movie in hollywood( which will be after you graduate from college)then maybe, if its okay, i can help you finish the story,because your ideas are that powerful to me, and whatever you feel is right is good enough for me.

Ok, I gotcha. I was just a little nervous because I've gotten a few offers before where people are all "OMG i culd ttly make u a movie if u wanted rite NOW!" and I was just like "umm... no?" But I'm glad to see that you seem to understand the complexity of movie making.

You're welcome to help with ideas for my story, and if someday the day comes where making a movie becomes a *serious* possibility, I'll probably be glad to oblige. I'm really glad that my story speaks to you so much! I never imagined that people would like it this much.
